dc.description.abstractNon-destructive static and dynamic deformation modulus’ determination methods have been widely used in world; however, in most countries when designing and constructing road pavement structures, their bearing capacity is defined by the static deformation modulus. To determine the dependence of static and dynamic testing methods‘ results, measurements with static and three dynamic devices was carried out on two selected sections of the Kaunas western by-pass in the Lithuanian Republic. Measurements were carried out with each device on the same point and on the same layer of the road pavement structure. Measurements were carried out on all pavement structure layers: subgrade, frost-proof layer, sub-base of crushed dolomite, road base asphalt concrete; asphalt concrete binder layer; wearing course of asphalt concrete. Based on the study findings, the dependence of device measuring results is presented. The coefficients of devices’ measuring values reduction into the static deformation modulus are recommended.eng
