A secure watermarking scheme for image authentication in the frequency domain
Abstract
Due to the advent of multimedia distribution systems, forgery and impersonation arise as major concerns of the information era. The importance of authentication and content certification are becoming more important and acute. In this paper a secure image authentication algorithm in the frequency domain is presented. This approach incorporates separate mechanisms for authenticity verification and tamper localization. The results show that the proposed approach has good accuracy in tampered pixel localization and shows the ability to restore damaged pixels. Tobulėjant informacinėms technologijoms, kyla vis didesnis autentiškumo praradimo pavojus. Straipsnyje pasiūlytas vaizdų autentiškumo užtikrinimo dažninėje srityje algoritmas. Jame realizuoti mechanizmai leidžia patikrinti autentiškumą ir rasti pažeistas vietas. Eksperimentiniai rezultatai patvirtina, kad siūlomas metodas turi gerą tikslumą nustatant pakeistus pikselius ir suteikia galimybę atkurti pažeistas vietas.
