Abstract

In this article there are researched the factors that determine the efficiency of privatization and the way these factors influence the privatized strategical company in Lithuanian economics. The question is being raised whether the mean of indraft of direct investment as some exclusive privileges in privatizating the monopolic public objects are provided to external investors always makes the further activity of privatized strategical company successful. Thereby in this article there are analyzed theoretical assumptions that outline the efficiency of privatization and the changes of globalized strategical company activity before and after the privatization.
