Abstract
The results of foreign language teaching during the previsions decades showed that practical knowledge og a foreign language is still not sufficient. A foreign language has not been a reliable means of communication yet. It is necessary to change the structure of the lectures and teaching methodics, to reject the concept of aspectual language teaching, giving priority to the language activity. Language in the communication process is understood as a language activity consisting of four types. The types of the language activity with their knowledge and skills should influence each other while developing the knowledge and skills of every type of activity and create closely integrated whole during the process of language teaching. In order to begin teaching language activity it is necessary to define time ratio of every type of activity with other types of activity and to prepare methodics proving it by the training experiment.
