Abstract
Norwadays people can not imagine their life without informational technologies and telecommunications, which give oportunity to improve the efficiency of government sector's services and secure transparensy of activity, feedback and new quality of services. In December, 2002 the Government of Lithuania has approved e-Government Concept. The objective of e-Government Concept is to develope effective means that will allow adapting public administration to modern needs. After the btrief comparison of e-Government expirience in USA and Lithuania, the article analyses particularities of Lithuanian e-Government Concept implementation and provides the research on requairments for governmental institutions' e-sites.
