Abstract
This article discusses e-business conception; requirements held to transform "paper tasks " into e-business tasks and unpredicted workflow process deviations, which directly impact the final process goal and result. Finally, we propose a model for intelligent business process workflow modeling. The goal is to construct autonomous and independent from any business process modeling system application, which could collect as information about exceptions and their handling into repositories and later reuse this information for the occurred .situations. This application should have the ability to detect the exception, make the diagnosis of current situation and handle it without human interaction if possible, so such application should have some expert system features, which would let the system learn and decide using the collected information.
