Abstract
Enployment of innovative technologies in manufacturing of products for the most part determines their later competitiveness on the market and commercial success. We establishing the potential innovativeness of technologies, when we want pick out just innovative technologies influences to commercial success of products on the market. Created model of potential innovativeness of technologies making a possible: express potential innovativeness of concreteenterprise technology in made favors of the conditions for her formation and adaptation; calculate the quanity of potential innovativeness of technology; find out what zone we can ascribed potential innovativeness of technology; what is balance of the conditions favors to the innovative technology formation and adaptation.
