his article gives a concept of corporate sustainable development strategy. It is assumed that corporate sustainable development is a maximal growth of its value, but reached with the given growth guarantee. The main components of sustainable development are corporate sales diversification, integrated value and risk management, and capital structure management. It is carried out by considering stochasticity of future possibilities. In reality there are not only the three mentioned above determinants of preparing and realization of sustainable corporate development strategy, but rational management of each of them is an essential condition. Created business value and risk management, business diversification and investment decision management in currency exchange market principles and models form the base of a corporate virtual model. Special computer programs were created for solution and realization of the offered models in one system.
