Įvairiuose darbuose siūlomų instituciijos strateginio planavimo modelių komponentai skiriasi uždavinių rinkiniais ir turiniu. Jų sintezė leido nustatyti pagrįstą siūlomo modelio komponentų sudėtį Tokios sudėties modelio taikymas užtikrintų racionalų institucijos strateginio fono formavimą, pagrįstų strateginių sprendimų rengimą, priėmimą ir įgyvendinimą. In respects of content for actions plan preparation component, there observed a narrower or broader approach of choosing tasks from the following set: specification of institution strategic goals, their implementation actions and means, preparation of programs for strategic change management, personnel self- rule and of means for resources allocation and use. Content for monitoring of actions plan implementation component often provides for observation and control of changes in institution resources and its enviroment. In addition, sometimes typical tasks set of this component with analysis and evaluation of plan implementation, using of this analysis and evaluation results is added. Components of models, which are presented in works, differ in sets and content of tasks. Their synthesis allows to set a valid composition or suggested model components. Use of model with such composition could guarantee rational formation of institution strategic context, valid strategic decision- making and implementation.
