Vocational training tendences: case of Lithuania
Abstract
Fierce competition influences the investment into the human resources of the companies. Notably the human capital helps to improve the management of the company, the application of new technologies and the achievement of new strategic goals. However, some enterprises lack the systematic approach to the employee's training. The aim of this paper is to analyse the role of employee's training from the point of various theories and to discuss some tendencies and problems of employee's training in Lithuania.
