Due to these circumstances, aesthetics of lighting urban enviroment, its plentiful possibilities as well as potentials of artistic interpretations are not assessed in an appropriate manner. In such a case without the state regulation self- forming of night townscape of a high visual aesthetical quality is scarcely probable. There is also lack of a proper theoretical base for working out juridical documents for night townscape regulation. The lighting might be considered as the main identity feature of the 21st century's architecture. Urban lighting is at a starting point for the development of modern, futuristic, media architecture.
