Benchmarks used for geodetic observations are established on the Earth's top layers. The measured amplitudes are a sum of tectonic crust movements and non-tectonic deformations of sedimentary layers. The model assuming that recent movements are of the tectonic nature and are accordingly inherited from ancient trends was introduced. The mathematic statistical analysis of measured vertical movements vs. geological indexes of sedimentary layer was performed. Multi purpose task solution methods are used for evaluation of relation of determined geologic indexes and measured Earth crust movements. Multi-criteria analysis can be used for priority evaluation of different indexes and checking . hypothesis of tectonic origin of surface movements. The pair correlation coefficients are accepted as index describing variants. It is suggested to use group correlation coefficients to determine the effect of indexes. The strongest positive correlation with the geodetic measurements indicates that the Alpine-stage mechanisms remain active till now, whereas the tectonic trends characteristic for initial stages of the basin evolution are less discernible. Experiments of method application were made taking by example of Lithuanian territory were sedimentary layer reach 2 km depth.eng
