Abstract
Systematically arranged urban green areas, its sufficient amount become an important index of life quality of urban community. Therefore in urban areas there must be formed not only seperate green areas, but systematically arranged entire green area system, which should be understood as the main part of the whole, which the main structural components are the following: a community (its activities and needs), natural and antropogenic (made by people) components, that are interdependent and making influence to one another. The author's made analysis of main territory planning laws, strategic, general, special and detailed urban plans, as well as architectural object plots projects show that rather often the tasks of green areas formation are solved non-systematically, not paying enough attention to the specifies of the territory, and to the multifunctional activities of an individual in that area, and therefore suffers an individual, society. In order to avoid such shortcomings the author grounds the understanding of urban green areas system, its significance and importance. In the article is given the paradigm of formation of the urban green area system, which main principles are systematic character, regional character, historical succession, social validity, equal spread and easy reach, integrity, ecological stability, aestheticism and economy. The results of analysis allow to affirm that seeking to realize the principles of urban green areas paradigm it is necessary not only to improve the present legitimate basis of towns and cities territories planning but to create special law and normative standarts for regulation urban green areas as well.
