Newly released materials as well as innovations in production technology gave a possibility to take one step further and make laminated glass as amazing architectural brake trough. It is well known that interlayer of laminated glass is able to let in some inclusions of different materials in between. This fact allowed architect together with glass processing company fulfi ll high customer requirements. One of biggest potash digging company in the world was building their head quarter. And they wanted building to be exclusively related with what they are doing. That is why the building is in shape of sylvinate crystal. But shape is not enough – costumer wanted to be it shiny as crystal. No interlayer no coating and no glass itself could fulfi ll this request. And there architect together with glass processing company came up with decision of using polymeric mesh painted in red with metal oxide paints which gives shiny effect. This decision made big challenge for technology, but after long research and a lot of testing’s the right recipe was found. It allowed fi nishing unique façade of unique building.eng
