| dc.description.abstract | Darbe nagrinėjama feromagnetinio plieno S355J2G3 (LST EN 10025-2) suvirinimo siūlių vibromechanino apdirbimo įtaka vidiniams liekamiesiems įtempimams. Suvirinima pusautomačiu, apsauginių dujų aplinkoje LST EN 439: M21, naudojant pridėtinę vielą- ESAB OK 12,51. Tyrimo tikslas - vibromechaniniu apdirbimu sumažinti liekamuosius suvirinimo įtempimus, keičiant apdirbimo smūgių dažnį, apkrovos svorį, ėjimų skaičių. Matavimai atliekami "magnetinės metalo atminties" metodu, matuojant magnetinio lauko stiprumo pasiskirstymą bandinyje. | lit |
| dc.description.abstract | It is analysed in this work the influence of vibromechanical treatment of ferromagnetic steel S355J2G3 (LST EN 20025-2) welded seams to internal residual tensions. The welding is done with semi automatic equipment, in the environment of the protective gas LST EN 439: M21, using the supplementary wire- ESAB OK 12.51. The aim of the investigation is to reduce the residual welding tensions using the vibromechanical treatment, altering the frequency of the manufacturing knocks, the load weight and the number of motions. The measurements are made by the "magnetic memory of the metal" method, measuring the distribution of the magnetic field's strength in the speciment. | eng |
