It comprises a porous layer 1 arranged inside a one-piece case formed by perforated screens 2 and 3, stiffening rods 4 and connection elements 5 between the screens 2, 3, these elements having perforations 6 the configuration and dimensions of which correspond to the selected acoustic parameters.
