Revoliucionieriaus išpažintis: mano prieštaravimas davė rezultatų
Abstract
"I have often disagreed, argued, objected, made changes, changed the environment in which I am. And this environment has always resisted. I have never tired to please anyone or be popular. I have always had the ability to fearlessly criticize," says Justas Nugaras, who has worked at the University's Public Communications Office. According to Justas Nugaras, criticism is the engine of progress that makes progress possible. "I believe, my opinion is the right one, others are not right, they do not understand anything. This is the shortest way to destroy the team. Today, I think that while doing one's job, one should do something they like and enjoy," says the doctoral student of the Faculty of Business Management, who is currently interested in collaboration of enterprises and its effects on strategic management of science. The student tries to find out the ways to systemize inter-institutional collaboration and tries to identify strategic actions that should be taken to improve collaboration between universities.
