dc.description.abstract | The oxidation of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (HBT) and N-hydroxyphthalimide (NHPI) was investigated in presence of recombinant Polyporus pinsitus laccate (rPpL). Kinetic measurements were performed by using specthotometric method and oxygen electrode. The dependence of initial reaction rate on the concentration of rPpL and substrates (HBT, NHPI) was obtained. Apparent bimolecular HBT oxidation constants, calculated by using results obtained spectrophometrically and with oxygen electrode are equal to 7,5 Ms and with oxygen electrode and 12,2 Ms, respectivelly. It was indicated that the rate of rPpL catalysed HBT oxidation increased in presence of BSA. | eng |
