Abstract
The subject of this paper is analysing of long term settlements of buildings Klaipėda power-station. Station was built at 1930. The considerable settlements were fixated at 1966. From these moment it was started process of settlements measurement. Some of buildings have big and unequal settlements. The power-station is situted in the vale of Danė river. The geological situation on the power-station site is very complicated and different. The reasons of different settlements of the power-station buildings are discussed in this paper.
