dc.description.abstractAnalyzing the development of streets network in foreign countries it is seemed that there are new strategies: traffic safety is as many important as traffic capacity and riding comfort. For this reason compromise between these things is necessary. The most important and the most vulnerable user in the transport system is the human. Solving this problem city's streets network and streets infrastructure must be adapted for the human's characteristics and weakness.
