In the article is analyzed destination od disposable digital information by construction digital terrain model (DTM) of streets and analyses accuracy of this model in accordance with primary data received from stereo photogrammetric and analytical methods. Initial data are got using photogrammetric instrument PLANICOMP P2 and software P-CAP, P-ATM, BINGO (Germany), NLHBUNT (Norway) and photogrammetric work station PHODIS (Germany). DTM is created by kriging method with software ESRI ArcGIS where the size of cells is 2×2 m. In the article is analyzed what distance around the high points can be creates buffer polygons and what is dependence of accuracy of DTM, when the size of buffer polygons are different. At the experiment the size of buffer polygon's are changed from 5 to 35 meters. Standard deviation is changed from 0,70 meter to 5,97 meter. In the article also is evaluated possibility to change less precise data from DTM to high precise data of the model using mosaic function.
