Modelling of management decisions
Abstract
The posibility of using instruments developed by quantitative sciences in organization's product sales, operations and other activities management is analyzed in the article wanting to make a consideration about the needs of quantitative knowledge in an eduction process of future managers. Discussions about the nature of management - whether it is science or arts have their impact on the structure of management teaching programs. Some of them pay the greatest attention to psychological issues in management: behavior and creativity, other - on quantitative analysis and simulation. The goal of the article is making more clearly a need of quantitative knowledge in future managers' education process. Methodical basis of investigation is analysis of managerial activities directed towards all the main goals of organization: all production selling, necessary amount of production making (operating), effective usage of material resources, necessary level of production quality, profitability of activities, satisfaction and productive work of personel.
