Abstract

With the most recent technologies development and applications, the world is entering the electronic and mobile era, where the full range of operations will revolve around information and communication networks. Public sector requires new challenges and must be in step with modern society's needs. Extreme changes have occurred in society and inflexible bureaucratic structures must change management and re-adopt business solutions in order to increase efficiency and meet citizens' requirements. The paper analyzes ICT impact on public management as for the past decades public sector is treated as inefficient and spending taxes irrationally. That is why ICT impact on management is important and must be studied carefully. The analysis of scientific literature helps to identify main public management principles and study ICT situation in government and pulic authorities. The paper shows ICT impact on public management principles.
