Abstract
Wiling to invest in predial asset succesfully it is necessary to take the right investment decisions and manage investment processes properly. The article presents the analysis of algorithms investing in predial asset; discusses financial indexes, suitable evaluating investments, additionaly there are presented mathematical method, which allows to select the optimal investment project for a particular subject, evaluating concrete investor's politics in the market of predial asset, managerial and financial facilities and injected priorities to uncertainty circumstances. This mathematical method allows to evaluate and compare the maximum amount of available information about the project's.
