The idea of learning organization is based on the fact that organization is constantly innovating and maintaining its viability by studying. In today’s dynamic world, this idea is extremely important, learning in a rapidly changing environment becomes the key for both an individual and organization’s survival and success factor in the evolution and adaptation to changing environmental conditions. The training book introduces the readers the concept of learning organization, generalizes the results of scientists’ researches and their insights, related with its creation, preparing favorable environment for it, its different types and the best practices of learning organizations. The training book will be useful not only in the program of Engineering Economics and Management, where the module “Learning organization” is taught in, but will also provide the new knowledge for students of another programs (Economic Engineering, Business Management).
