This book is concentrated on the practical tips for civil engineer-ing bachelor students on individual house design. The main intention of this book is to help students simplify and structurenew for them knowledge about one family house design and to provide sequence and clearness about minimum demands and requirements that are expected in the individual house projects. Rather than setting out all detailed requirements, the book prioritizes the key design issues that will have the greatest influence on strategic choices that must be made in the design process from the beginning. These tips are the key ones in delivering high quality individual house design but more difficult to change at later stage.
