Sb2S3 fizikinių savybių anomalijos fazinio virsmo srityje

Abstract

There were obtained that Sb2S3 are weak ferroelectric in which the forbidden energy gap and the electrical dipole moment and the thermal expansion coefficient have anomalies in the range of phase transition.
