Aukštasis mokslas: studentų požiūrio analizė

Abstract

In this paper a complex analysis of motivation of young people to study at university has been carried out. Sociological investigation methods have been applied to survey data obtained by questioning students at Vilnius Pedagogical and Vilnius Gediminas Technical Universities. The following issues have been investigated: motivation of students to study at university, students’ view on their studies, and their expectations after the graduation learning has been analysed as a value. It has been shown that the view on studies depends on personal values and choice of priorities.
