Abstract

Innovations — that are the elementary and complex theoretical or practical technical- technological, organisational-managerial and social—psychological novelties, devoted for the satisfaction of the essentially new needs of the people. Innovations and innovative processes are the essence and base of social, cultural development, scientific—technical progress and perfection of the society. At the moment the innovative politics is as one of the main strategic elements of the activities of the states, regions, enterprises and organisations, based on the innovative processes in economics, technics, technology, social development, what is ensure the superiority in the competition. Innovative problems in the market economy are solved using the project—program principle, when the detailed innovative tasks are formulating in the form of innovative projects. The main features of innovative projects are that the results achieved should be original and essentially distinguished, i.e. should be paten table.
