Abstract

Sparti informacinių technologijų plėtra, ryšių ir komunikacijos priemonių gausa skatina naujų elektroninių sprendinių, skirtų nekilnojamojo turto agentams ir jų klientams, atsiradimą. Vis daugiau nekilnoja- mojo turto paslaugų, rinkodaros sprendinių perkeliama į virtualią elekroninę erdvę. Nauji informacinių technologijų taikymo būdai kuriami transformuojant ir sujungiant esamas nekilnojamojo turto tarpininkavimo, vertinimo ir rinkodaros priemones su kitose veiklos srityse naudojamais sprendiniais. Šiame straipsnyje siekiama apžvelgti informacinių technologijų taikymo globaliai nekilnojamojo turto rinkai atvejus ir ištirti tendencijas.

The rapid development and use of information technology, abundance of communication tools encourages the development of new e-solutions for real estate agents and their clients. More and more real estate services, marketing solutions are transferred to the virtual environment. New IT applications are developed by combining existing real estate brokerage, valuation and marketing tools. The aim of this article is to review the application of information technology to global real estate market and to define the trends.
