Darbuotojų traumų tyrimo tobulinimas

Abstract

Straipsnyje aprašyta traumų, įvykusių darbe, priežasčių ir aplinkybių tyrimo trūkumai. Pagal Nelaimingų atsitikimų darbe tyrimo ir apskaitos nuostatus darbines žmonių traumas tiria tik inžinerinės kompetencijos specialistai. Šio straipsnio autoriaus bei kitų mokslininkų atliktų tyrimų rezultatai parodė, jog traumatizmo profilaktika yra kompleksinė problema, kurią įmanoma išspręsti tik sutelktomis įvairių sričių specialistų pastangomis, tame tarpe inžinierių, medikų, fiziologų, psichologų ir kt. Nurodyta vienas iš svarbiausių traumatizmo nenugalimumo bruožų - neteisingas traumų priežasčių nustatymas. Tikrosioms traumų priežastims nustatyti autoriaus parengta speciali metodika, kurios pagrindiniai teiginiai išdėstyti straipsnio tekste.

The article deals with the deficiency in investigation the reasons and conditions of traumas at work. In accordance to the research and investigation of standards on accidents at work. Human traumas are investigated by the specialists of engineering professions. The obtained results received by the author of the paper as well as the other scientists have proved the prophylaxis to be a complex problem to be solved only by the joined efforts of engineers, doctors, physiologists, psychologists. The article presents the most significant feature of traumas unconquerability - incorrect diagnosis of trauma reasons. The author has revealed a certain methodics for determining the real reasons of trauma. The main issues are submitted in the content of the chapter.
