Physicochemical P2O5b methods like rastrian electronic microscopy with microanalysis, 1R spectrometry, emission spectrum analysis with laser micro-analyzer and spectrophotometry analysis were used to determine the industrial waste semi-hydrate gypsum is up-to-date material which is received after phosphoric acid extraction from apatite by sulphuric acid. (E-CaSO4-0,5H2O) mechanical activation essence, its specimen's physical-mechanical properties and fluorine ion emissions into the air and water were analyzed. The changes of strength and others indexes were investigated depending upon additionally introduced amount of water from the most resistant specimens.
