This work presents results of investigations of multi-layer organic photoreceptors with metal-free phthalocyanine charge carrier photogeneration material, which are discharged by exposure to a semi-infinite pulse of light with wavelength of (500 - 900) nm and intensity varying from 1016 to 5×1018 quanta/s-m². It has been found that kinetics of photodischarge potential has a clearly pronounced S-shape. This peculiarity is observed when the photoreceptor initial potential and exposure intensity (the density of photogenerated charge carriers) are varied in a wide range. Spectral photosensitivity decreases with increasing intensity of exposure to a semi-infinite pulse of light, i.e., in this case the reciprocity law does not apply. In order to explain the obtained experimental results, we propose a physical model of photoreceptor photodischarge, which makes it possible to understand the origin of the S-form of photoreceptor photodischarge in the initial stage of exposure and its dependence on initial charging potential and exposure intensity. Darbe ištirta daugiasluoksnių organinių fotoreceptorių su bemetalio ftalocianino kruvininkų fotogeneracine medžiaga, kurie išelektrinami apšvietus (500÷900) nm bangos ilgio šviesos pusiaubegaliniu impulsu, keičiant intensyvumą nuo 1016 iki 5×1018 kvantų/s-m². Nustatyta, kad fotoišelektrinimo potencialo kinetika turi aiškiai išreikštą S-formą. Šis fotoišelektrinimo S-formos ypatumas išlieka plačiose ribose keičiant fotoreceptoriaus pradinio potencialo dydį bei apšvitos intensyvumą (fotogeneruotų krūvininkų koncentraciją sluoksnyje). Spektrinis fotojautris mažėja, didinant apšvitos intensyvumą pusiaubegaliniu šviesos impulsu, t.y. šiuo atveju negalioja pakeičiamumo dėsnis. Gautų eksperimentinių rezultatų aiškinimui pasiūlytas fotoreceptoriaus fotoišelektrinimo fizikinis modelis, kuris įgalina suprasti organinio fotoreceptoriaus fotoišelektrinimo S-formos pasireiškimą pradinėje eksponavimo stadijoje ir jos priklausomybę nuo pradinio įelektrinimo potencialo bei apšvitos intensyvumo.
