dc.description.abstractThe analysis of ecobalanses of dwellinghouses showed the preference in chose building materials (wth the some destination) must be given for the mineral materials. According to the ecobalanse data the using of mineral materials decrease the energy consumption and pollution emission in the life cucle of the house. The cycle of earth surface materials interchange is not breached with using of materials and constructions produced from local, technigenic raws and wood. The every ton of used synthetic materials and metal extremely increaced the consumption of energy in the house life cycle (respectively 9 and 22 MJ). Meanwhile the energy embodied in mineral binding, wall and finish materials amount to 4,5 GJ, wood - 1,2 GJ. In this case the emission of pollution to the environment from producing technologies of these materials receptively about 1,08; 2,64; 0,54 t CO2/t of building material.lit
