dc.description.abstractRedox enzyme Glucose oxidase from Aspergillus niger was covalently immobilized on the quartz crystal modified with self-assembled monolayer (SAM). In the presence of glucose dissolved oxygen and pyrrole, GOx generates hydrogenium peroxide, which is the initiator or polypyrrole synthesis. The SAM formation, enzyme immobilization and polypyrrole synthesis processes were investigated and estimated using quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) equipment.eng
