| dc.description.abstract | Sąnaudos, kurių reikalauja tam tikros aplinkos kokybės palaikymas, sudaro vis ženklesnę civilizuotų valstybių sukuriamo produkto dalį. Atskirų šakų ir regionų ekonommio-ekologinio stabilumo problemos tampa prioritetinėmis konceptualinėmis ir praktinėmis problemomis. Savo ruožtu ekonominė informacija apie pokyčius ekosistemoje gali būti tų pokyčių tarpusavio sulyginimo ir netgi katastrofų arba pavojingų būsenų detekcijos priemone. Straipsnyje nagrinėjamos ekologinio stabilumo kaštų minimizavimo, ekonominio aplinkosaugos mechanizmo sudarymo bei ekonominio-ekologinio monitoringo pagrindimo problemos ir jų sprendimo rezultatai gauti vykdant ECOSLIT tyrimus. | lit |
| dc.description.abstract | Expenditures, that are necessary for the maintenance of some surrounding quality, form more and more remarkable part of the product developed in the civilised countries. Problems of economical - ecological sustainability in separate countries and regions become priority conceptual and practical. Economical information about any changes in the ecosystem can be the means of inter comparison of these changes and even the means of detection of disasters and dangerous conditions. Minimisation of ecological stability costs, creation of the economical environment protection mechanism and grounding of the economical - ecological monitoring problems' and ways of their solution, obtained by research conducted by ECOSLIT, are considered in the paper. | eng |
