Vakarietiškasis menedžmentas: adaptavimas Lietuvoje

Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы адаптации западного менеджмента в Литве. Показано, что решение этих проблем - одно из важнейших условий ускорения трансформационных процессов в Литве, успешного проведения экономических и социальных реформ. Предложены конкретные мероприятия по развитию менеджмента.

In this papers there is described problem about Westen Management adaptation in Lithuania. They displayed, that solution of this problem is one of the most important conditions to quicken the transformation process in Lithuania and carry out economical and social reforms successfully. There are offered the main means of management development.
