Vertybinių popierių cirkuliacijos kompiuterizavimas

Abstract

В Литве формируется рынок ценных бумаг. Первый, хотя и весьма скромный опыт в этой области, указывает на необходимость сплошной компьютеризации циркуляции ценных бумаг. Рассматривается разрешение этой проблемы на основе методической базы и программного обеспечения соответствующей системы Парижской биржи ценных бумаг. Основное внимание уделяется выявлению возможностей и направлений адаптации программных средств к условиям и потребностям Литвы, обоснованию последовательности внедрения системы, перспективам ее развития, включая создание элементов экспертных систем.

The securities market is under formation in Lithuania. The first, though quite a modest trial in this sphere shows the necessity of the full computerization of the securities circulation. Solving of this problem on the grounds of a methodical basis and software of a respective system of Paris Bourse Central Market and Depository is examined. The main attention is paid to find out the possibilities and directions of the adaptation of the software as well as to examine the conditions and needs in this sphere in Lithuania. The substantiation of the sequence of the introduction of the system, the prospects of its development including the creation of the elements of the expert systems is indicated.
