Lietuvos darbo rinkos pokyčiai ekonomikos krizės sąlygomis ir darbo rinkos politikos priemonių vertinimas

Abstract

Monografijoje pateikiami situacijos darbo rinkoje būklės ir pokyčių ekonomikos krizės sąlygomis analizės rezultatai, atskleidžiami darbo rinkos ypatumai, pristatoma darbo rinkos politikos priemonių vertinimo darbo rinkai (užimtumui) metodologija ir jos pagrindu įvertintas šių priemonių poveikis šalies darbo rinkai skirtingomis ekonomikos raidos ciklo sąlygomis.

The purpose of the monograph is to carry out a systematic analysis of the labour market and its changes, to assess the effects of active labour market policies on labour market (distinguishing the effects on vulnerable groups) taking into account the different periods of the economic cycle. To achieve that objective, the authors carried out the complex analysis of labour market and its changes, revealed the characteristics of the labour market, assessed the impact of the economic crisis on the labour market, carried out dynamics and structure analysis of the participants of the labour market policy measures, established a effects of separate active labour market policy measures on its participants in terms of social inclusion taking into account the macro­economic processes in the country, developed the assessment methodology of active labour market policy measures on the labour market and evaluated the effects of these measures on the labour market in country while different periods of economic cycle using this methodology.
