Abstract
Spatial Earth-crust strains and stresses have been assessed by finite element method, the algorithm for determining deformations has been compiled. Experimental analysis has been carried out on the site of Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (INPP) geodynamic polygon. The new spatial Earth-crust parameters of deformations have been received: spatial relative strains, spatial tectonic stresses. The results of the research indicate that the spatial Earth-crust deformations signify themselves by certain regularities, namely the Earth-crust movements in the region of INPP are differentiated in accordance with the blocks: northern and southern.
