| dc.description.abstract | The paper presents analysis of rainfall regimes in Lithuania. That include data about annual events of different kind of rainfall and probable period of the accidents. All the data was obtained from statistical analysis of hydrometeorological data about rains in eight Lithuanian cities and towns in 25 years period. As a result of the analysis relationship between some parameters of stormwater storage tanks and annual quantity of stormwater volume was determined for different volumes of the storage tanks. As a result of investigation a new formula for the determination of volumes of stormwater storage tanks depending on the annual quantity of storm water volume which must be accumulated was presented. | eng |
