| dc.description.abstract | All work contains an element of risk on that it may not proceed according to plan. However, in most industry, which is relatively stable and dealing with that which is knowable, risk tend to be small, known and accepted as part of the task of management. Projects are concerned with change and, therefore, carry with them considerable uncertainty comes risk. The article deals with effectiveness and risk of business projects. The idea enhance to develop an integrated for measurement of both effectiveness and risk. The article shows how one can construct the framework of such model and how to deal with it in practise. | eng |
