Technologijų komercinio potencialo vertinimas

Abstract

Disertacijoje pagrindžiama skirtingų lygmenų technologijų komercinio potencialo vertinimo reikšmė, pateikiami vertinimo problemų sprendimo būdai, kurie empiriškai patikrinami praktikoje. Tyrimų objektas – skirtingų lygmenų technologijų komercinio potencialo vertinimas, aktualus institucijoms, vykdančioms mokslinius tyrimus (MT) ir mokslinius tyrimus bei eksperimentinę plėtrą (MTEP), priimančioms sprendimus dėl technologijų komercializavimo tikslingumo ir siekiančioms išvengti neproduktyvių investicijų. Pagrindinis disertacijos tikslas – parengti technologijų komercinio potencialo vertinimo modelį – įmonės strateginio valdymo sprendimų priėmimo priemonę, lanksčiai taikomą skirtingų lygmenų technologijoms vertinti. Disertaciją sudaro įvadas, trys skyriai, išvados, naudotos literatūros ir autorės publikacijų disertacijos tema sąrašai, devyni priedai. Įvadiniame skyriuje aptariama tiriamoji problema, darbo aktualumas, tyrimų objektas, formuluojamas darbo tikslas ir uždaviniai, aprašoma tyrimų metodika, pagrindžiamas mokslinis darbo naujumas, praktinė darbo rezultatų reikšmė, pateikiami ginamieji teiginiai, pristatomos disertacijos tema autorės paskelbtos publikacijos ir pranešimai konferencijose. Pirmajame skyriuje pagrindžiamas skirtingų lygmenų technologijų komercinio potencialo vertinimo aktualumas, parengiamas technologijų komercinio potencialo vertinimo veiksnių rinkinys, apibendrinamos technologijų lygmens nustatymo priemonių metodikos, parenkama priemonė technologijos lygmeniui nustatyti, nustatomi veiksniai, būdingi aukštųjų technologijų komerciniam potencialui, tinkamas etapas komerciniam potencialui vertinti technologijos komercializavimo cikle. Skyriaus pabaigoje pateikiamos mokslinės literatūros analizės išvados. Antrajame skyriuje pasiūloma skirtingų lygmenų technologijų komercinio potencialo veiksnių vertinimo sistema, nustatomos reikšmės ir reikšmingumai, jiems susieti į apibendrinamąjį dydį pasirenkami WASPAS ir TOPSIS metodai. Siūlomas originalus technologijų komercinio potencialo vertinimo modelis lanksčiai taikomas skirtingų lygmenų technologijoms vertinti. Trečiajame skyriuje modelis patikrinamas empiriškai, atliekant trijų biotechnologijų vertinimą MTEP vykdančioje institucijoje. Skyrius baigiamas atlikto eksperimento išvadomis. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos bendrosios išvados. Disertacijos tema paskelbti keturi moksliniai straipsniai: vienas mokslo žurnale, įtrauktame į EBSCO duomenų bazes; vienas mokslo žurnale, įtrauktame į Scopus, ICONDA, CSA duomenų bazes, vienas mokslo žurnale, įtrauktame į duomenų bazę IndexCopernicus, vienas recenzuojamame Lietuvos tarptautinės konferencijos straipsnių rinkinyje. Skaityti du pranešimai mokslinėse konferencijose.

The dissertation validates the significance of the commercial potential of technologies of different levels and provides problem-solving methods empirically verified. The research object is the assessment of the commer-cial potential of technologies of different levels. The object is important for the institutions engaged in research and R&D making a decision on the expediency of technology commercialization, which allows avoiding unproductive investments. The thesis mainly focuses on the development of the model for assessing the commercial potential of technologies and as a decision-making tool flexibly applied to the evaluation of technologies of different levels for the strategic management of the company. The dissertation consists of the introduction, 3 chapters, general conclusions, the lists of used references and author's publications on the topic of the dissertation and 9 appendices. The introduction describes the investigated problem, the relevance of the thesis, the object of research, formulates the goal and tasks, defines research methodology, provides scientific novelty, indicates the practical value of the obtained results and suggests the defended statements. The first chapter justifies the relevance of assessing the commercial potential of technologies of different levels. A set of factors in the assessment of the commercial potential of technologies was prepared. On the basis of the analysis of measures for defining the level of technologies, a tool for establishing the level of technology has been selected. With the help of the analyzed scientific literature on the marketing of high technologies, the factors related to the commercial potential of high technologies only have been determined. With reference to the conclusions of the analyzed models for the process of commercialization, the most appropriate stage for assessing commercial potential has been determined. The second chapter suggests the system for evaluating the commercial potential of technologies and establishes the indexes and significance of the system of factors. To combine the values of the factors and their significance into a single criterion, WASPAS and TOPSIS methods have been selected. The original model for assessing the commercial potential of technologies has been suggested thus flexibly applying it for technologies of different levels. The third chapter verifies empirically the offered model by evaluation of 3 biotechnologies in the R&D institution. The chapter concluded with the findings of the research. The general conclusions provided at the end of dissertation. 4 scientific publications on the topic of the dissertation have been pub-lished: 1 in the scientific journal indexed in the EBSCO database; 1 in the scientific journal indexed in Scopus, ICONDA, CSA databases, 1 in the scientific journal indexed in the IndexCopernicus database and 1 in the proceedings of the reviewed Lithuanian international conference. 2 reports presented at scientific conferences have also been published.
