Pakabos konstrukcinių elementų įtaka automobilio dinamikai
Abstract
Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama automobilio „Audi A4“ nepriklausomos pakabos tampriųjų elementų rutulinių lankstų įtaka dinamikai ir patikimumui. Siekiant įvertinti šią įtaką, buvo parinktas automobilio važiavimo greitis ir kelio nelygumai, „Fortran“ programa apskaičiuoti automobilio vertikalūs poslinkiai, kai automobilis važiuoja per nelygumus, nustatyta pakabos svirčių padėtis, kuri apskaičiuota „Maple“ programa, taikant Niutono metodą, apskaičiuojamos pakabos svirtis važiavimo metu veikiančios maksimalios jėgos, parinkta medžiaga, naudojantis „Fortran“ programos funkcija „LP paieška“, „Solidworks“ programa atliktas pakabos tampriųjų elementų rutulinių lankstų antdėklo, esant dinaminei apkrovai, kompiuterinis modeliavimas. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius rezultatus, pateiktos baigiamojo darbo išvados. Darbą sudaro septyni skyriai: įvadas, literatūros analizė, tampriųjų elementų su rutuliniais lankstais antdėklo konstrukcijos ir medžiagos parinkimas automobiliui, judančiam per tam tikrus nelygumus, tampriųjų elementų su rutulinais lankstais antdėklo modeliavimas, eksperimentinio tyrimo rezultatai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 52 p. teksto be priedų, 33 iliustracijos, 1 lentelių, 32 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. The final magistracy work is researching the influence of the independent suspension ball joints elastic elements of Audi A4 car on the dynamics and reliability. In order to assess the influence of the selected vehicle speed and road roughness, the Fortran program was used to calculate the vertical displacements of the car when the car goes over bumps, determined the position of the suspension arms, which is estimated at Maple program using Newton's method, calculated on trailing arm while driving maximum operating force, selected materials, using the Fortran program function in LP, Solid works program conducted elastic suspension elements of the ball joints lining under dynamic loading, the computer simulation was also done. After the theoretical and practical results the final conclusions were presented. The work consists of seven chapters: introduction, literature review, elastic elements, ball joints lining construction and material selection of the car moving in a certain roughness, elastic elements with a ball joint lining modeling, experimental results, conclusions and references. The work consists of 52 pages of the text, 33 figures, 1 table and 32 references. Appendices are given separately.
