Antipirenų poveikis medienos ir jos gaminių degumui

Abstract

Disertacijoje nagrinėjama antipireninių tirpalų įtaka medienos ir jos gaminių degumo savybėms. Pagrindiniai tyrimo objektai – neimpregnuota ir antipire-niniu tirpalu impregnuota mediena ir jos gaminiai. Detali paminėtų objektų analizė, gautų rezultatų palyginimas ir teisinga, objektyvi rezultatų interpretacija leistų sumažinti gaisro kilimo tikimybę ir liepsnos plitimą. Darbe sprendžiami keli pagrindiniai uždaviniai: medinių konstrukcijų padengimo antipireniniais tirpalais kokybės nustatymas bei medienos gaminių degumo savybių prognozavimas. Disertaciją sudaro įvadas, penki skyriai, bendrosios išvados, naudotos literatūros ir autoriaus publikacijų disertacijos tema sąrašai ir vienas priedas. Įvadiniame skyriuje aptariama tiriamoji problema, darbo aktualumas, aprašomas tyrimų objektas, formuluojamas darbo tikslas ir uždaviniai, aprašoma tyrimų metodika, darbo mokslinis naujumas, darbo rezultatų praktinė reikšmė, ginamieji teiginiai. Pirmasis skyrius skirtas literatūros apžvalgai. Skyriaus pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir formuluojami disertacijos uždaviniai. Antrajame skyriuje aptariamos tyrimams naudotos medžiagos, gaminiai, įranga ir metodikos. Trečiajame skyriuje tiriama antipireninių tirpalų įtaka medienos ir jos gaminių degumui. Ketvirtajame skyriuje tiriama antipireninių tirpalų įtaka dūmų bei anglies dvideginio susidarymui medienos ir jos gaminių degimo metu. Penktajame skyriuje pristatomi antipireniniais tirpalais padengtų medinių konstrukcijų dangos natūralaus senėjimo rezultatai. Darbo pabaigoje suformuluojamos bendrosios išvados.

The dissertation deals with the impact of flame retardant solutions on the flammability properties of wood and wood based products. The main objects of the study include non-impregnated wood and wood based products as well as wood and wood based products impregnated with a flame retardant solution. Detailed analysis and comparison of the obtained results as well as correct and objective interpretation of the mentioned objects results would allow reducing the risk of the occurrence of fire and propagation of flame. The study resolves several basic tasks: the determination of the quality of the covering of wooden structures with flame retardant solutions and the forecasting of the flammability properties for wood based products. The dissertation consists of the introduction, five chapters, general conclusions, lists of the bibliography cited and publications of the author on the subject of the dissertation, and one appendix. The introductory chapter defines the problem under study, relevancy of the work, describes the object of the studies, formulates the goal and tasks of the work, describes the methodology of the study, scientific novelty of the work, practical significance of the results of the work, and hypotheses. The first chapter is devoted to a review of the bibliography. At the end of the section the conclusions are formulated and dissertation tasks are revised. The second chapter discusses the materials, products, equipment, and methodologies used for the studies. The third chapter studies the impact of flame retardant solutions on the flammability of wood and wood based products. The fourth chapter studies the impact of flame retardant solutions on the smoke production and carbon dioxide during the combustion of wood and wood based products. The fifth chapter presents the results of the natural aging of wooden structures covered with flame retardant solutions. At the end of research project the general conclusions are formulated.
