Prototipų mechaninio apdirbimo optimizavimo tyrimai
Abstract
Darbo apimtis – 75 p. teksto be priedų, 50 iliustr., 18 lent., 22 bibliografinių šaltinių, 5 priedai. In the master thesis there are investigated the purpose of prototypes, variety, functions and production techniques. In order to optimize mechanical processing of prototypes while using industrial robot, there was developed research methodology, chosen materials of preforms and investigated advantages of robotic systems compared to CNC machines in production of prototypes. There are examined the design and software packages of robot “Motoman SSF-2000” that are used in mechanical machining of prototypes. During the research there was carried out milling of the chosen profile while cutting materials of different hardness at different feed rates, measured vibration activity of the robot wrist while milling in three axes system, then there was performed control of surface quality of each sample. After theoretical and practical investigation of machining of prototypes, there are introduced results and conclusions of master thesis. Master thesis consists of 8 parts: introduction; overview; research problem, research object, purpose and objectives; part of research; analysis of experimental measurement data; conclusions; references; appendixes. Volume of master thesis – 75 p. of text without appendixes, 50 figures, 18 tables, 22 references, 5 appendixes.
