Abstract

In analysing 1993 Transport police statistical data, noticeable that very increased number of infringements of traffic regulationa. It would be explained in few aspects: - traffic control become more weekly, increased percentage of joung drivers; - when increased a level of automobilization, increased also saturation of intersections, traffic delays. In this way drivers, willing to decrease waiting time at the intersections infringements traffic regulations and create accidental situations in the intersections. In VTU Civil Engineering department during 1993 September and 1994 april - may estimated, that number of infigements increase depending on queues in the intersections. Results of these investigations and recomendations, how to decrease number of infrigements by town planning means are given.
