Abstract
Sinthetic geotextiles, regulating hydrotherminal conditions of roadbed and pavement, are used as draining, framing and hydrvisolating layer. Geotextiles, laid in a roadbed, hold back moisture rising through water capillaries so that the soil of a roadbed does not become wet, no ice lens form in winter and the strength of soil does not decrease in spring. When using geotextiles straining layer can be reduced and additionally the layer is not covered up by small soil fractions. Geotextiles, laid under road pavement not only improve the stability of roadbed, but also make the pavement even stronger. The strength of road pavement with geotextiles in comparison with the strength of traditional pavement is greater as well as service period is longer.
