Variklio degimo proceso analizė keičiant tarpinio oro aušinimo intensyvumą
Abstract
Siekiant at likti išsamesnę degimo proceso analizę ir paaiškinti variklio energetinių bei emisijos rodiklių pokyčius keičiant tarpinio oro aušintuvo aušinimo intensyvumą, AVL BOOST programa sukurtas tiriamojo variklio skaitinis modelis. Naudojant eksperimentinio tyrimo rezultatus paprograme AVL BURN atlikta degimo proceso skaitinė analizė ir nustatyti degimo rodiklių pokyčiai keičiant oro aušinimo intensyvumą varikliui vekiant be išmetamųjų dujų recirkuliacijos (angl. EGR – Exhaust Gas Recirculation) ir įjungus EGR. The experimental and theoretical stud ies on the improvement of intercooling of internal combustion engines, analyzed in the literature review, show a positive change in engine performance. During the experimental tests, a liquid-cooled intercooler was installed in the air supply system of the compression ignition engine. During the test, the cooling intensity of the air cooler is regulated by changing the flow rate of the coolant (water) through the cooler. The temper ature of the liquid entering and leaving the intercooler and the temperature of the air entering the intercooler from the turbine and from the intercooler to the engine shall be measured. Engine fuel and air consumption as well as pressure in the cylinder over the operating cy cle is measured. In order to perform a more detailed analysis of the combustion process and to explain the changes in engine energy and emission parameters by changing the cooling intensity of the intercooler, a numerical model of the investigated engine was devel oped by the AVL BOOST program. Using the results of the experimental study, the numerical analysis of the combustion process was performed in the subpro gram AVL BURN and the changes of combustion pa rameters were determined by changing the air cooling intensity with the engine running without exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and switching on the EGR.
