The success of each business depends on it's inside runtime processes. However, traditional approaches and tools lived to model, simulate and implement business processes (BP) are stabe, and therefore, no longer covers the actual needs of the business, which should be dynamic. Therefore business needs tools, which support such dynamic BP modelling and simulation. For the modelling and simulation of dynamic BP we need to know avaible resources for process simulation. In this paper we analyze resources perspective used for dynamic BP modelling and simulation and propose a resource model for rule-based dynamic BP modelling and simulation. The proposed resource model has been implemented into the resource database and used for the rule-based dynamic BP simulation. The obtained results show the suitability of the proposed resource model and its flexibility to define new attributes of resources.
